swipe_unabridged

www.unarch.com – flash development

We worked with Mississippi-based Unabridged Architecture to develop this Flash website. Using design files provided by their graphic designer, we added smooth interactions to create a visually compelling and unique experience. All of the animation was programmed with Actionscript, and it was created using multiple Flash files loaded in on demand, to make it fast and lean.

mfin.tulane.edu – flash intro design & development

We created a number of Flash promotional online tours, including this one for Tulane’s Freeman School of Business. This interactive slide show is set on a timer, which will guide the visitor through the slides. The slide show will continue to play until the visitor clicks on a navigation button, allowing them to go at their own pace. All of the animation and dynamic interaction for this piece was programmed with Actionscript.

swipe_gnof

www.gnof.org – design & development

We work with Tom Varisco Designs on ongoing interactive work for the Greater New Orleans Foundation, a philanthropic organization vital to many community recovery programs in the area.  We developed their highly-customized current site in WordPress.  We also developed their Campaign Monitor e-News system.

gnof_News

The Greater New Orleans Foundation is one of the oldest and largest philanthropic organizations in the region. Every day, the Foundation joins other foundations, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and government officials to address the needs of the community and build consensus for solutions. Together with our family of donors, the Foundation has invested over $100 million in our region since it opened its doors over 25 years ago to respond to community needs.

Since the storms, the Foundation has played a key role in the recovery of the region, coordinating efforts with national and local foundations, and state and city officials to support the Unified New Orleans Plan, an effort that made possible the release of hundreds of millions of dollars in federal aid to the city. Our leadership continues with initiatives in areas that will determine the future of the region: housing, education, the environment, workforce development, and others.

swipe_eskew

www.studioedr.com – flash & back-end development

We work with Eskew + Dumex + Ripple on an ongoing basis to maintain and provide management functionality for their self-designed flash website. We have done a few significant upgrades to their site in the last year, including dynamically loaded news and staff sections with a custom content manager and deep linking to individual news articles inside of Flash using SWFAddress.

swipe_sci_academy

www.sciacademy.org – design & development

We designed and developed this charter school’s website, which they maintain in house.  Our focus was on cost-effective, admin-friendly functionality with a clean and bold look and feel.

swipe_nola180

www.nola180.org – design & development

NOLA 180 is the parent organization for a group of existing and emerging charter schools in New Orleans. We worked with Scott Ray of My Old Red Hat on brand identity.

swipe_sucre

www.shopsucre.com – design & development; e-commerce

We designed and developed this popular New Orleans chocolatier’s website in late 2008 with Erik Kiesewetter of Erik Below Sea Level. It’s based on the Magento e-commerce platform, and features a WordPress blog and Flash image gallery integration. View Erik’s concepts here.  We developed the site along with a full year’s inventory of promotional Flash site banners and a dynamic store discounting/promo library.  We collaborated with Fabre Smith & Coco on SEO and strategy initiatives, and with Sucré’s internal design team frequently in support of this fresh and thriving retail site.

swipe_makebuzz

www.makebuzz.com – design & development

We worked with Erik Kiesewetter again to design and develop this unique and non-traditional site for MakeBuzz – a New Orleans-based online strategy firm. This site stretched across the divide of Flash and Javascript, providing SEO friendly XHTML-based text and using jQuery and Actionscript intercommunication for advanced interactions and animations.

swipe_ideavillage

www.ideavillage.org

Working with lead agency Trumpet in 2006, we developed this local non-profit Idea Village’s website.  Based on a custom .php content management system.

swipe_esandh
